• The EuroRails bot, with Jeff — routing, freight, and getting it to lose gracefully.
• Valence inside Compounds — the visual code graph, and the gates that keep it honest.

Running two agents as a team

• Codex on design and orchestration, Claude Code on the build. A markdown spec is how they talk.

Learning

• How far you can get without reading every line, and where that breaks.
• Where the seam goes when two models share one job.
